Our Story

Patagonia Grill celebrates the simplicity and vibrant flavors of South America. Inspired by the simple art of cooking from Patagonia, among other things, the meat is prepared over an open fire or glowing coals, which gives the dishes a characteristic smoky taste and aroma. This method highlights the natural flavor of the food.

Patagonia Grill combines traditional Asado techniques with local ingredients, creating authentic dishes that combine South American heritage with Copenhagen creativity.

Daniel Matthies and his family, who are behind Patagonia Grill, have many years of experience with South American cuisine. In addition to Patagonia, which also has a brunch at Seaside Toldboden, he is behind the restaurant Sonora.
